Our mission is to help clients find and correct billing errors,

service, and efficiently manage costs over the long term.

We strive to complete our tasks in a manner that allows our
clients to focus on their primary responsibilities with a minimal
amount of time and interruption.

OUR HISTORY
URS was founded as Utilities Reduction Specialists in
1991 by, from left to right:  Steven D. Mann, President.                       and Kenneth J. Burkel, Vice President Sales & Marketing

 
 


Our Tax Reduction Specialists division began in 2001.

URS has worked with over 600 clients with a geographical focus in the Carolinas,
Tennessee, and Virginia. Our clients comprise over 160 city and county
governments, 70 hospitals and healthcare facilities, as well as numerous financial
institutions, real estate companies, colleges and universities, publishing companies,
distributors and manufacturers.

URS is also allied with Electric Solution, an Asheville, NC firm that provides and added
dimension to our bill reviews with "demand side management."
