A graduate
of Wake Forest University, Justus Harris joined URS in 1993 with
20 years
of business experience as vice president of communications for
a financial services
organization, as well as vice president of a communications company.
With broad
experience in financial and technical fields, Mr. Harris made
an immediate contribution
to the development and growth of the company.
Mr. Harris has focused on building and managing an efficient organization
to support the
growth of URS. He designed key auditing systems and procedures
for both
telecommunications and energy expenses and recruited experienced
analysts from
both the telecommunications and financial fields to build a highly
skilled team to serve
the needs of URS clients. Mr. Harris has made these same contributions
in supporting
the growth of the company’s tax division. With a forward-looking
view of new
technologies and industry changes, Mr. Harris concentrates on
the development of
services that bring value to URS clients, and played a leading
role in developing
fee-based consulting and bill management services. In addition
to serving as the Chief
Operating Officer for URS, Mr. Harris continues to work directly
with major clients in
the delivery of auditing and consulting services.
